16 islanders including three school children benefited from Murdina Clark’s second first aid course. Murdina is the Red Cross Services Manager for Argyll and Bute and Dumbarton and in addition to her job does around 16 hours volunteering per month.

She works with many groups developing “Community First Aid” and in the day long course we learnt the basics of the most common emergency situations first aiders face. It was an interesting and informative day and many thanks to the hall committee for organising it.
