Christmas Concert
18 December 2003

It was a treat to see all the children performing in their annual Christmas Concert with action songs, poems, choral singing, playing and singing in small groups, and violin and piano solos.

Before Iris served a delicious tea we all joined in the communal carol singing and the collection raised £60 for The Leprosy Mission.

Father Christmas appeared later at the party for the younger children and the older ones had a disco in the hall run by The Three D’s, two of whom Diarmid Wilson and Duncan MacLean are from Lismore.

Mary MacDougall led carol singers round Lismore brightening up the dark evenings of the December 21st and 22nd, trudging through mud and rain and raising £135 for Cancer research and the York Hill Hospital.
