Following a meeting last week it was decided that we want to start up a walking for fitness group. We plan to exercise outside once a week starting from different meeting points from time to time. The walk will take the form of power walking for those that want, jogging for some and brisk walking for others, all the time looping back to collect anyone getting left behind, and including stretches, star jumps, squats, etc.. along the way. It would be a good idea to be prepared to strike out across country so please wear appropriate clothing.

The first walk for fitness is going to be held next Wednesday 2nd March 4pm meeting at the Cafe car park. Fit or unfit everyone is welcome, Bring hand weights if you wish to power walk and please bring your dog on a lead too if you want.

We will be leaving from the car park at 4pm for about an hours walk - so try not to be late or you might be left behind!
