Vic the Dog
Anyone who visits Achnacroish will know Vic
the Dog. He is a big black dog who belongs to Bill and he has a lovely gentle
nature. He loves you to throw him a stick or an empty plastic bottle and he
would chase these all day long. Many visitors have been seen throwing things for
Vic and they always tire of it before he does. One of the schoolchildren was so
taken by Vic that she wrote a poem about him for National Poetry Day last year.
Here it is.
We love Vic
He is never sick
He comes to the door
Looking to play some more.
Vic is very quick
When you throw him a stick
He likes it very much
With a little magic touch.
Vic could just play
And play all day
We love Vic.
